Hosted by Don Ferguson of Royal Canadian Air Farce fame, almost 1,200 guests, representing every sector of the industry, were on hand to salute 2008 SAM Award finalists and ultimately the award recipients.   

According to CHBA - Calgary Region President, Norm Mross of Trico Homes, “At 590, the number of entries submitted in the twelve categories hit record levels.  The members represented in competition were varied by all standards. The finalists in each category are the finest examples of industry excellence, so to take the SAM Award back to the office is a fine affirmation of one’s standing within a strong and highly competitive field.”
