Kathy Schmidt, Jayman’s Area Sales Manager in Riversong, says that there are many features in the Enspa that she likes, but she definitely has her favourites. “I really like the fog-free feature of the mirrors and their LED night lights that gently illuminate the room,” says Schmidt. “I’m also amazed by all the available shower features and wall-mounted body-sprays that this gorgeous shower stall has to offer.” Schmidt also points out the television that is strategically placed above the tub. As you move further into the room, European wardrobes replace open rods and hangers, and while aesthetically-pleasing, the cabinetry also serves to protect the clothing. This style creates a spacious dressing area in the bathroom, with an island feature in the centre and the laundry room beyond.

Of course, this isn’t the Manhattan’s only amazing design feature. The main floor is home to the stunning Nordlund kitchen which is a gourmet chef’s dream come true.
