A very popular floor plan and “a finalist in last year’s SAM Awards” the Eden, “is definitely a great family starter home,” explains Gina Roland, Marketing Director for Elite and Today’s Homes.

The Eden has 1,262 square feet on two levels.  The main level includes a great room, a beautiful half bath with standard pedestal sink and a dreamy kitchen with raised eating counter and nook.  The show home’s airy kitchen, with the chrome appliance upgrade, incorporates an open concept, flowing from the great room.  Access to the back deck and yard is through patio doors.

Up the stairs to the second floor, a window enhances the stairway.  Three bedrooms, with pre-finished wire shelving in the closets, are found.  Two bedrooms, with custom airbrush detailing, work well for the youngsters in the house.  The master bedroom, with its own ensuite, is cozy and comfortable for the adults.  A large window brings light to the divinely furnished space. Standard features with Today’s Homes include Frigidaire appliances, large vanity mirrors, low flow toilets, a 50 gallon hot water tank and a mid-efficiency Trane furnace.  “The sky’s the limit,” says Jesse Marshall, Area Manager for Today’s Homes, when it comes to upgrades.  But upgrading may be unnecessary, as “there are tons of choices in the standard” features: with “over 40 options for carpet, 200 options for linoleum and 1000’s of choices for paint colour,” he adds.

Plenty of living space individualized contributes to the rapture of living in the Eden.

The exterior, with vinyl siding and soffits, and metal clad windows in the back, is almost maintenance free, confirms Marshall, giving more time to enjoy the backyard and the great outdoors.  In the summer the yard and a garden might be a place to entertain and relax with friends and family; in the winter, possibly a playground for children and pets.

“Lots range in price from $63,000 to $83,000, with approximately 90 lots left”, states Marshall.  The base price for the Eden is $211,300, which includes house, lot and GST. Promotions include free front sod and the back deck.  The price of the show home is $223,000 with the upgrades, including the master bedroom’s ensuite, lot and GST.
