New Brighton combines aesthetic beauty, recreation, style, convenience, and location, all in one package. Attention to detail and English Country influences are the key ingredients that describe this Carma community. The unique architectural flavor of the English countryside, four fabulous builders, and intelligent floorplans make this neighborhood a homebuyer’s dream.

Amenities abound. New Brighton’s entry feature welcomes you to the community and its English Country details. A lilac and tree-lined boulevard draws you toward the sprawling Central Park at the heart of the community. The 20-acre Central Park features a linear pathway system with several viewpoints providing panoramic views of the beautifully manicured park and a 12-acre central pond.

The 6,500 square foot New Brighton Club is the center of community activity, offering recreational and meeting space for numerous events and occasions.

A patio and deck space overlooks the community and mountain views to the west. The facility sits on a three-acre site that features an outside water play area, two tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, a children’s play area, a full-sized outdoor rink and pleasure skating area. There are plans to expand the club to include a 4,400 square foot gymnasium, more meeting space and locker rooms, plus add an on-site recreational programmer to organize daily activities.

The English Country architectural style sets New Brighton homes apart with details like traditional dormer windows and decorative shutters; ornamental handles and hinges attached to the carriage-style garage doors; masonry and latticework detailing. All homes in this community will offer the newest in technology, including In-Home Networks and a private community Web site, where residents can access community information, buy and sell classified items, post notices, and connect with their neighbors.

The current parade features eight charming show homes by Beattie Homes, Cardel Custom Homes, Cedarglen Homes, and Morrison Homes. A new show home parade will open in March. Homes in New Brighton start from the $220,000’s.
