Savu
A unique name for a unique home
The inspiring and stylish community of Copperfield exemplifies why Hopewell is a five-time Developer of the Year. They reinvented and redefined a destination neighborhood as a place your family can grow into.
Urban, Classical, and Heritage-style homes are presented in an array of sophisticated palettes to bring diversity to this well-defined community. You’ll be amazed at how easily connected you are to the rest of the city. The landscape is an ever-present reminder of Southern Alberta beauty with environmental wetland reserves to the east and majestic snow-covered peaks to the west.
Sabal Crafted Homes’ approachable style is reflected in the new Savu model, located in Copperfield’s new show home parade. The first thing you will notice is the efficient use of space. This home is very functional, symmetrical, and its well-defined areas draw you into a unique uncommonplace of luxury. For an 1,880-square foot home, the Savu is quite spacious.
The foyer welcomes you with large bright windows, high ceilings, and flooring with the new style rectangular tiles in neutral colors. Sabal has added niches as an architectural highlight throughout the home in lieu of a blank wall.
“The look of this house is modern elegance – a blend of masculinity and femininity,” describes Chris Lu, Sabal Crafted Homes Marketing Manager. “It has masculine colors such as dark baseboards, charcoal stained maple hardwood, mixed with a little chrome and feminine chandeliers. It’s ying and yang.”
The main floor bathroom is inner city and sophisticated with its vessel sink and floating vanity. Coming into the house from the oversized garage into the laundry room, is a generous sized window and ample counter space.
The Sabal marquee dream kitchen is the focal point of the Savu. “It’s about style, entertaining, and loving your home,” adds Lu. “It’s European style – oak with a dark stain that adds depth. This kitchen gives you more storage.”
This is one of the largest islands you will ever see. It takes a full sheet of laminate. The dining room is also large enough for a table of eight.
The lifestyle room is posh, understated, and clean – a great conversation area and very open.
Another unique aspect of the Savu is its staircases. Sabal took something ordinary and made it a focal point. Tall transoms on each window lights up each walkway.
At the top of the second storey is a bright, open entertainment room with a contemporary edge.
The transoms follow through from the staircase to the bedroom. The master bedroom ensuite is extremely functional. A his-and-hers walk-in closet is directly across from the shower, so you don’t have to walk through the entire bedroom to get dressed. Treated glass above the tub is for privacy, yet promotes sunlight at the same time. Sabal’s secondary bedrooms add a sense of relevancy by reflecting on the personality of an actual buyer and how they might decorate.
Expect to fall in love with this floor plan. Not only that, until March 31, Sabal Crafted Homes is shaving $5000 off the normal base price and including some of the hardwood floors, the kitchen cabinet configuration, and the nine-foot ceilings you see in the show home. These things will all add to the wow factor when you walk through the front door.
Copperfield is a Hopewell community. With lots of walking space, pathways, and green space, it’s pet- and family-friendly. Besides the tot lots and playgrounds, Hopewell built a climbing wall, toboggan hill, baseball diamonds, sports fields, and skating area to consider the growing kids in the neighborhood. You are also just a few steps away from all your shopping needs, theatres, restaurants, and professional services.
