Vesta Properties, the masterminds behind the eco-friendly Williamstown development, are also building homes for the community. The regal designs of Vesta’s townhomes and artistically charged craftsman single-family homes are reminiscent of a more relaxed and nature-enriched environment.

“Our unique townhomes are completed with double-attached garages and walkout basements,” says Brian Balson, Vesta’s Sales Manager. “A limited series of our single-family homes look directly onto natural green space and feature extraordinary walkout basements that extend right into the reserve.”

The townhomes, cleverly titled The Trails, recreates architectural traditions with a classic, approach. This faction of classic colonial townhomes are right by the 45-acre Nose Creek Environmental Reserve.

Starting at 1,100 square-feet, The Trails Urban townhomes provide superior contemporary interiors with nine-foot ceilings on the main floor accompanied by large windows and backyards with patios or decks.

The exclusive builder of townhomes in Williamstown, Vesta provides an array of options to personalize each home. The varied floor plans and dynamic colour schemes are functional and fashionable, to each homebuyer’s desire. Both Classic and Urban motifs are available.

The Urban Homes are a stylish collection of three bedroom garage-less townhomes.

These have up to 1,141 square-feet of living space, plus the added square footage of the undeveloped basements, creates a detached home feel.

The spacious layouts and flexible interior design offer a variety of designs including loft and two bedroom/two bathroom floor plans.

The Classic Homes range from 1,440 square-feet to over 1,500 square-feet to include either a three bedroom upstairs or master-on the-main floor plans.

Many of these townhomes run along the edges of the Nose Creek Environmental Reserve. Townhomes feature attached two-car garages, and rear decks or patios. Most Classic Homes feature privately fenced yards.

The Trails’ Amenity Centre is exclusive for townhome residents, a centre for fun activities with a nearby playground.

Vesta offers four lot styles for in the Single Family Collection.

The Station Homes create an ideal setting for homebuyers seeking three and four-bedroom dwellings, with attached front garages in the heart of Williamstown.

Vesta’s limited series, the Greenway Homes offer similar layouts and back on to parks, ponds and pathways.

“The Station and Greenway Homes are diverse,” adds Balson. “And the bungalows are distinctive with rear double attached garages.”

Park Homes, meanwhile, feature multiple-bedroom executive styled homes complete with large private yards and walkout basements that back directly onto the Nose Creek Environmental Reserve.

Two styles of homes are available with the Village Homes. These front-attached garage homes have rear lane access, which is ideal for storage or extra parking.
