Ever since Coco Homes unveiled its stunning show home — the New Haven — in Copperfield last year, the builder has been on a roll and they are now announcing the availability of eight new walk-out lots which back onto the pond that are ideal for this perfect home.

The 2,314-square-foot New Haven has made such an impression on buyers that Coco Homes came up with a more compact version, the 2,082 square-foot Providence III, which has all the bang of New Haven but can be built on a narrower lot.

“People are so impressed with New Haven. It has outstanding features that really capture the relaxed lifestyle of Copperfield, and the way the show home sits right on the edge of the water really makes quite an impression,” says area manager Greig Forsyth.

The best thing undoubtedly about the New Haven show home is that it sits on one of the premium water front lots of Copperfield, and with its window wall in the great room and oversized windows throughout, the view from the home is just breathtaking.

“Recently we had an opportunity to acquire the last lots on the pond in Copperfield and, because of the recent success with our new model, we committed to them immediately. The New Haven is the perfect show home to let buyers see the enormous possibilities of this kind of home and lifestyle,” Forsyth adds.

The New Haven with lot and GST starts at $550,000 while Providence III starts under $500,000, which Forsyth says is very affordable considering that buyers still get hardwood and tile flooring, nine-foot ceilings on the main floor, and stainless steel appliances.

“Best of all, this gets you a walk-out lot by the pond, nobody else can beat this kind of value.”

The New Haven show home in this popular southeast community is a prime example of the quality and craftsmanship that Coco Homes has been known for, and its open concept design, high ceilings, large windows and a dramatic open-to-above great room is an emphatic statement of its creative goals.

Convenience and character go hand-in-hand in this stunning show home that neatly plots out the kind of life a family can have here — the foyer is wide and inviting, the main floor laundry is spacious and tucked away from the rest of the house, the walk-thru pantry is accessible straight from the garage makes bringing home the groceries much less of a chore.

But paying attention to the day-to-day items in design doesn’t have to mean boring, and the New Haven retains the drama and stylish allure of a home made to entertain. An open-to-above great room with majestic window wall gives it that “wow” factor guaranteed to impress guests, and the show home’s optional wainscoting detail gives it an added design flair that flows to the loft upstairs.

The Providence III provides much of this in a smaller scale. It maintains the features of a large open kitchen, the dramatic open-to-above great room, a master suite with spacious en-suite, ample storage with tower shelving in closets throughout.

“Coco Homes is known for making intelligent use of every available space and you can see this aspect in both these floor plans,” Forsyth adds.

Every effort was made to come up with a design that would fit the needs of today’s modern families, Forsyth says. “As Coco Homes is a custom builder we will adapt our plans to meet the buyers needs”.

Coco Homes offers eight new plans exclusively for Copperfield, and they range in size from 1,888 square-feet to 2,314 square-feet with prices starting at $409,800. NL
