With Calgary having grown so much in just the last few years, more families have started to look towards the satellite towns in search of a new home. There are many benefits to doing so, and Sabal Homes has turned dreams of a simpler life into a reality in Reunion, where their wide variety of home styles to choose from makes it a smart choice.

Sabal Homes is offering two distinct products in Reunion, one of Airdrie’s newest communities. First is their laned homes, which feature a garage pad for access from the rear lane and offer more standard features than you might expect. Starting in the $270,000s, laned homes are affordable for first time buyers and the location is just as attractive as the price. They also have the front attached garage homes that offer stylish convenience and comfort that start in the mid $350,000s.

Kendra Milne, Marketing Manager with Sabal Homes, explains that both styles offer new-home buyers a wide range of choices to suite different lifestyles without sacrificing living space or attractive features.

“Our laned homes are designed for the first-time buyer but we still have a variety of floor plans available,” says Milne. “Currently we offer the only laned homes in the community and we have five showhome styles in the parade. Ranging from 1,050 to 1,704 square feet, the Vanos, the Kinetic, the Skagen, the Treo and the Ovation all offer great standard features such as larger lots, hardwood and tile flooring and nine-foot ceilings.”

The Ovation, a 2008 SAM Award winner, boasts some very innovative design features that are incredibly appealing to young families and couples planning for the future.

“The Ovation has a very distinctive front living area,” says Milne. “This includes a dedicated tech-space that speaks to the functionality of how today’s families live.” The main floor offers an open-concept floor plan while maintaining individual living spaces. The lifestyles room is spacious while still feeling cozy, and as you move back towards the dining room, you soon realize that the rear kitchen is a key feature and one that portrays more traditional family living. “Positioning the kitchen at the rear of the home offers a great meeting place for families,” says Milne. “It features an oversized window that creates a very bright and cheerful atmosphere, as well as allowing parents to keep an eye on children playing in the yard.”

Sabal’s front attached garage homes in Reunion are also all about a comfortable lifestyle and affordabililty.

The Adero showhome is a traditional move-up home, and offers more living space and unique design features. This 2,125 square-foot home still offers three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, and the kitchen is again at the rear of the home, but with the extra square-footage comes some extra lifestyle features. Whether you are looking for a first home or thinking about moving into something bigger, Sabal Homes in Reunion has something for almost every lifestyle, and a location that lets you enjoy what life has to offer.
