When you hear about the launch of a new phase in one of Airdrie’s most popular new communities — it’s gotta be a good thing! And Vesta is all about good things with the upcoming launch of Reflections and Greenway, the third and fourth phases of new homes, opening this fall in Williamstown.

Vesta Properties has created over 2,500 homes ranging from single family to row homes in Alberta and B.C. Being both the developer and builder of Williamstown — the masterplanned and architecturally controlled community — translates into huge value for buyers.  “We control the whole process and therefore can ensure our masterplan is executed as designed and our commitment to high quality is maintained,” says Curt Woodhall, senior marketing manager.

Vesta’s vision for Williamstown includes a very attractive mix of heritage inspired streetscapes set in a natural location where nearly 40 per cent of the 162-acre development is set aside for parks and open spaces. Williamstown also backs onto the 45-acre Nose Creek environmental reserve. It’s connected to the extensive Airdrie trail system and sprinkles in liberal amounts of playgrounds, benches and pedestrian bridges to add to the built-in community amenities where residents enjoy the feel of an established neighbourhood.

Since Vesta has a wide range of home styles and prices to suit any lifestyle, they usually have a home to fit most family’s needs — from first time home buyers to singles, to empty nesters, and everything in between.Even better, with the variation of housing options you are able to move up and down within the community as your lifestyle and needs change throughout your life. The launch of the three and four bedroom homes in Greenway and Reflections is already generating buzz as these homes are conveniently located in the centre of the community and next to landscaped ponds and pathways.

The City of Airdrie recently announced the 2012 opening of a new school in the community. “The city attracts a significant number of young families and to have access to a new school within walking distance is a very desirable community amenity for home buyers, especially with the limited capacity of current schools in Airdrie. “This new school will be walking distance to the entire neighbourhood and is a big reason why young families are buying here,” says Woodhall.
