RockyVale Green showcases Calbridge Homes’ estate expertise

“A stylish, spacious home for the entire family was what we wanted to showcase the community, and this is exactly what we have in the Hennessey III show home,” says Calbridge Homes’ Michelle Jakeman. “The Hennessey is one of our most popular models, and this new version may be the best yet.”

The 2,704 square-feet Hennessey III in RockyVale Green is based on one of Calbridge Homes’ best sellers. “The Hennessey is the perfect family home. It has the space for the growing needs of the family, four bedrooms and a triple-attached garage and an optional basement development that answers all their needs,” Jakeman says. 

The expansive gourmet kitchen boasts a large centre island with a flush eating bar for additional seating, and a butler’s pantry with quick access to the garage making unloading groceries easier than ever. The design flow of the Hennessey III was put to the test during the launch of the show home where upwards of 20 people at a time congregated in the open space of the main floor. “It’s a really good entertaining house, it’s perfect for parties and large family get-togethers,” Jakeman says.

Calbridge Homes’ expertise in creating exquisite ensuites is on display in the elegant master bathroom. Gleaming tile, quartz countertops and a glass-stall shower and the stylish stand-alone soaker tub combine for a spa-like experience that only the builder of Calgary’s biggest lottery grand prize homes can create.

The wide, welcoming foyer guarantees a grand entrance every time. The step-down design is a subtle way of creating some separation from the rest of the main floor. The show home does feature the standard engineered hardwood but it is used for the entirety of the main floor, which is an option.

The relaxing ambience of the bonus room upstairs is made even more apparent by the tall, oversized window looking out onto RockyVale Green’s protected natural reserve. “The majority of lots back onto green space, and we’re working with the City to connect pathways through this protected environmental area,” Jakeman says.

Double glass French doors open to the home office/den of this $1.05 million show home. “It’s a flex space that we can convert to a fifth bedroom on the main floor should buyers need that kind of feature. An optional basement development accommodates another bedroom and full bathroom,” Jakeman says.
