Brookfield Residential defines luxury with Carmini II in Artesia

An exclusive community, a unique street profile, and a sumptuous interior layout — everything about Brookfield Residential’s Carmini II in Artesia at Heritage Pointe denotes luxury. “We saw a unique opportunity to create an exclusive way to demonstrate the Brookfield luxury experience, and realized the vision that was created in Artesia over the last few years,” says Allan Klassen, Brookfield senior vice-president of housing and formerly president of ALBI Homes.

Located immediately adjacent to Calgary’s southern boundary, elevated on top of the ridge overlooking the Bow River, Artesia has blossomed into the close-to-nature community it had been envisioned to become.

It has accomplished this remarkable feat in an ecologically responsible manner that includes leaving nearly half of the 137-acre development to open spaces, and the use of an ingenious irrigation system that provides for residents’ watering needs. Artesia’s three storm ponds are not only aesthetically pleasing, but are used to redistribute collected storm water for irrigation purposes for both common areas and homeowners’ lawns.

Carmini II with its top-level, polished finish and impressive, high-ceiling design captures the grandeur of life in Artesia effortlessly. The Carmini II has one bedroom, one-and-a-half bathrooms and all the necessities for daily living on the main floor. But the developed basement capped by a gorgeous curving staircase puts the stamp of luxury in the home.
