Superior and unique designs of single family homes started in northwest Calgary, in the locations of Hawkwood , Citadel and Rockyridge. Twenty two quality homes were also built in the Westridge subdivision in Okotoks, Alberta. Recently (2002), eighteen homes have been built in RoyalOak which is also located in northwest Calgary.
