Apex Land was inaugurated in 1991.  It has grown from two people and one project to more than 150 employees and four divisions.  The four divisions consist of Apex Land Development, Single family buidlers; Excel Homes, Centrex Homes and a multi-family division Apex City Homes.  Apex Land Development is developing four current communities, Morningside Airdrie, Martindale in North East Calgary, Kincora and Panorama Hills in North West Calgary.
