As a complement to our land development business, Carma also operates two housing divisions in Canada, Heartland Homes and Hawthorne Homes, who specialize in offering quality single-family and multi-family homes to first time homebuyers. We also plan, develop and lease a wide variety of commercial buildings within some of our Master Planned communities. This includes everything from the local convenience store on the corner, to expansive Town Centres with a multitude of retail options to select from.
