The ten new abodes in the Arrival line, announced last month, were designed to allow more Albi customers to take advantage of the builder’s high standards at an affordable price — eventually comprising about a fifth of Albi’s offerings or about 50 homes annually.

Showcasing the new second move-up product from the custom crafter are the brand new show homes, the Manhattan and the Soho – both two-storey digs with panache spanning 2,500 square feet or below.

To get there, take Deerfoot Tr. south, Hwy 22X east to 52 St. S.E. and follow the signs to Copperleaf. Albi’s show homes are open Monday through Thursday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends noon to 5 p.m.
