Ten show homes are getting ready to usher in traffic, with builders McKee Homes, Jayman MasterBuilt, Loreck Homes, Reid Built and Shane Homes among the community’s single-family builders.

Neighbourhood details will include tree-lined streets, a stone entry feature and homes crafted using Tudor, Craftsman, and Georgian inspired architectural elements, six kilometers of pathways and a pedestrian-friendly commercial centre flanking the west.

Avalon Master Builder will also be unveiling a multi-family townhome project on a 9.5-acre site in the Melcor community, with showhomes opening in July.

Later phases of King’s Heights will also flow a pair of ponds, which palatial single-family estate addresses will back onto, in the community east of Hwy. 2 and south of Yankee Valley Rd. in Airdrie.
