Sage-way up north
Show homes are now open in the United Community of Sage Hill in northwest Calgary. These 17 homes, crafted by builders Avi, Shane, Trico, Morrison, Sterling, Excel, Baywest, Today’s and Landmark Homes, will range from 900 to 5,000 square-feet, says Alix Halpen, United Communities' marketing director and project manager.
Phase One of the nine total phases was released last November for sale to the public and residents are already living in the area. Paving was recently completed for the second and third phases, with multi-family and commercial sites planned for future phases as well.
The area is “very family-oriented with lots of pathways, parks and tot-lots for children to congregate,” Halpen says, adding that home prices in will range from $350,000 all the way to $800,000.
