From Sterling Homes comes the biggest of the bunch, the 2,557 square foot, two-storey, four-bedroom Hudson 2. Right next door, the Willow 3 offers 2,337 square feet of living space with a flexible floor plan that allows for either three or four bedrooms.

A few steps over, at #s 10 and 14 Royal Oak Park, NuVista is showing-off their Manchester and Brentwood models. Slightly smaller than the Sterling residences, but no less luxurious, these homes check in at 2,348 and 2,232 square feet respectively.

Rounding out the parade is Broadview Homes with their Sage and Capri designs. The Sage features 2,009 square feet, including three bedrooms, while the larger Capri totals 2,443 square feet and four bedrooms in its two-storey plan.

To get to the show homes, take Country Hills Boulevard west to Royal Birch Boulevard then head south to Royal Oak Way and head west again. The show homes are a click or two down the street, on your right. Hours are Monday to Thursday from 2–8 p.m. and Friday, Saturday and Sunday (and holidays) from 12–5 p.m.
