The Torino 2 show home is a two-storey, three-bedroom, 2,190-square-foot residence built with a French country elevation. The Milano is a newer design to Albi, which puts a big emphasis on its wide-open great room at the back of the house. It is also a two-storey, three-bedroom home with 2,175 square-feet under its roof displayed in a tudor elevation.

Lots and homes will range from the low $500,000s plus GST, all depending on the lot and additional options chosen.

Customers have the opportunity to select from 34 home sites in an enclave that will be an exclusive setting of Albi homes.
