“We have been considering creating this division for quite some time due to the volume of requests, so we’re happy to finally be offering this opportunity to our customers to help create their ideal lifestyle,” says Allan Klassen, President and Managing Partner at Albi Homes.

The builder has had a string of successes in inner city communities including Altadore, Elbow Park, Lake Bonavista and Rosscarrock, so the decision to launch this new division was an easy one.

Albi is also prepared for the more custom home requests that are expected to come through the door. “We’re really looking forward to creating custom designs suited to specific customers while also having the ability to take advantage of our vast line-up of homes – most notably our award-winning designs from Garrison Green,” says Jason Mauro, Director of Research and Business Development.

To accompany the launch of the Inner City Division, Albi Homes has developed a dedicated team, led by Infill Operations Manager, Lewis Pfeifer, who will focus specifically on inner city customers.
