A couple of ways Albi Homes will mark the occasion are the city-wide launch of the Albi Arrival line, as well as their new True Luxury initiative.

Albi Arrival was first introduced in the spring of 2006 in Copperleaf in Copperfield as a ‘New Class of Homes’ and was extremely well received. “Arrival was a new concept for us and was based upon a growing segment in the Calgary new home market—those who covet homes with a level of quality workmanship and luxury associated with our estate style homes, but at pricing that is more within reach,” explains Allan J. The Arrival models officially ‘arrived’ in Tuscany Hillside Estates, the Estates of Elgin Village and Auburn Bay in early June.

True Luxury is a new lineup of premium features and specifications that will be included in the base price of every Albi luxury home.  The True Luxury inclusions cover a wide range of desirable features including higher allowances of granite, hardwood and tile, high-end appliances, faucets and fixtures, a flexible allowance that customers can use to customize their flooring and wall options and a superior home comfort system. True Luxury is also partnering with coveted brand names like Bosch, Brizo and Lennox, giving buyers unprecedented luxury and choice.
