Qualico’s Pillars of Royal Oak will boast Colonial-style homes by NuVista, Broadview, and Sterling beginning early next year, with a pair of showhomes by builder each slated to hit the 33-acre site in late spring or summer.

“It’s an opportunity to get into a northwest address with lots of amenities already in place, and the lots are gorgeous,” says Lori Masse, marketing co-ordinator for Qualico Communities, adding the parcel is some of the last land remaining in Royal Oak.

Just 153 lots over two phases are planned for the coveted northwest community, spanning generous 36- to 42-foot front widths, with a selection backing onto lush municipal reserve.
