Hopewell turns over new leaf

Shelley Williamson

Copperfield is about to branch out to a higher price point for those hoping to plant roots on larger lots, in the Hopewell Residential Communities neighbourhood on the city's south side. Copperleaf will feature addresses from the $300,000s, with show homes slated to open in March, says Marion Murray, sales and marketing manager at Hopewell.

"We are really happy to be able to bring a new level of homes to Copperfield. We're calling it a second-time move-up area, with lots that are a little wider, at 38, 40, and 42-foot widths, and the first phase backing onto Wildflower Pond," says Murray.
