Trio of Trico show homes

Shelley Williamson

Home shoppers seeking the Lexus of model homes to test drive can now find it with Trico Homes in Evergreen Ridge. Complete with a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom for kids, a huge master chamber with an ensuite loo for parents, and convenient second-floor laundry, the 2,271-square-foot Lexus show home delivers plenty of torque for the homebuyers' dollar, says Richard Gotfried, vice-president of marketing for Trico.

"It's also available in a four-bedroom home, so it's great for families," he says.

The Lexus joins the 1,968-square-foot Capri, which Gotfried says is arguably Trico's best-selling plan, in a new Evergreen Ridge parade welcoming its first visitors mere days ago.

Also new on the show home scene is Trico's 2,498-square-foot Carlton at 412 Evanston View, now selling in northerly Evanston from $305,000 including lot and GST, with its bonus room, front flex room and super-sized kitchen offering buyers "the best square footage for their money," says Gotfried.
