Only a few months after it’s launch, Albi Homes’ Inner City Division proudly welcomes their first homeowners, who moved in to their new infill home in the southwest community of Altadore.

William Tribe and Natasha Nuttall moved in to their new 2,485 square-foot, two-storey home on October 15, to become the first homeowners of the leading luxury home builder’s inner city arm.

The couple, who are expecting a child, wanted a new home but still want to remain in Altadore, a community they have grown to love.

“One of the main reasons we love the inner city is because of its mature neighbourhoods and trees, plenty of parks nearby and the bigger lot sizes,” William says.

Albi Homes’ Inner City Division was created specifically to cater to clients like them, says Lewis Pfeifer, Infill Operations Manager with Albi Homes. “As our first project, the Tribe’s home in Altadore was completed in six-and-a-half months and has set a new standard for inner city construction in terms of duration, quality and customer service.”  NL
