Alan Sylvestre, community development coordinator at Hopewell says construction is expected to start in early spring for the next five phases of the community (phases 20, 26, 27, 28, and 29) and road construction will be completed by fall.

“These phases include laned and laneless single family lots, a commercial site, multi-family sites and two very large parks measuring nearly three acres each,” he says.

Road maintenance for phases 18, 22, and 25 is set to start in mid spring and all three phases will be turned over to the City of Calgary once all maintenance is completed this summer, he adds.
