And these masterpieces of architecture and interior design by Broadview Homes and Jayman MasterBUILT don’t disappoint. The exterior angles give both homes outstanding curb appeal, while attention to detail on the interiors adds form and function often found only in custom (and much more expensive) homes. Broadview’s five-level-split Kensington model checks in at around 2,500 square-feet and $1.2 million, while Jayman’s Neuhaus is a tad larger at 2,657 square-feet and a price point of just under $1.4 million.
