Calgary was well represented in this year’s batch, with Brad-Mar Homes getting a nod for Single Detached Homes Under 2,500 Square-Feet, and McKinley Masters named twice in the Single Detached Home Over 4,000 Square-Feet category. Crossley Homes received a nomination for Best Direct Mail Promotion.

Homes By Avi nabbed a total of five nominations, including a Grand SAM Award nomination for their project in Sherwood Park in Edmonton.

The CHBA National SAM Awards celebrate excellence in new homes and renovation design, innovative technology and construction techniques, outstanding presentation, and marketing activities across Canada.

Twenty-three CHBA National SAM Awards will be presented at the Association’s 68th National Conference on February 27, 2011 in Banff, Alberta.
