Trico Homes’ big plans for 2011

Pepper Rodriguez

2011 is shaping up to be a banner year for Trico Homes, with plenty of things to look forward to.

First, Trico is introducing a new rear-attached garage product in Cranston. This 16-lot project is pre-planned and will be pre-built to create a unique and visually appealing streetscape. Homes here will range from 2,086 to 2,270 square-feet with three beautiful models to choose from. These homes all include a courtyard separating the home and the double car garage. Trico will also have some oversized garages available.

This new product has six, attractive stucco and masonry elevations adding to the charm of this exclusive streetscape. All of our rear attached homes come complete with landscaping and fencing. More information is available at their Cranston Sales Centre.

Trico is also returning to Aspenshire in 2011 and will be opening a stunning new showhome early next year.

This estate community is located in Calgary’s highly desirable southwest. This scenic community features the natural aspen groves native to this area along with beautiful views of the Elbow River Valley and the Rocky Mountains. Aspenshire is ideally situated minutes from the Westside Recreational Centre, Westhills Towne Centre and Signal Hill Shopping Centre. Homes in Aspenshire will be starting from $570,000.
