The newly-opened 2,924-square-foot Birchwood show home will indeed open a lot of eyes to the stylish grandeur of a move-up home in this popular neighbourhood, says Warren Saunders, Trico Homes’ Director, Accents Design Studio & Product Operations.

“For a four-bedroom home with a bonus room and upstairs laundry, it certainly has very spacious rooms, all of which have walk-in closets,” he tells Around Town. And plenty of style to boot. “Walking through the double doors of the master bedroom is like walking to your own deluxe botique hotel suite,” Saunders adds.

The Birchwood starts at around the $650,000 mark and features some of Trico’s most distinguishing exterior design hallmarks, including a sideway entrance and a covered front verandah.

The show home is on 95 Aspen Stone Way S.W., hours are from Monday to Thursday 2 to 8 p.m., and weekends from noon to 5 p.m.
