My Virtual Décor also gives them access to Shane’s extensive collection of products and colour choices to make their selections, and enables them to preview their choices and select the design that inspires them the most.

“My Virtual Décor is ideal for customers to use in designing their home.  They can play with different colour choices and actually see how everything fits together, rather than having to imagine it,” says Shane Homes’ Marketing and Sales Associate Brenda Kasianiuk.

For example, the kitchen is one of the most complex rooms to design, but My Virtual Décor allows users to choose from three different kitchen layouts and make selections from different products such as granite colour, cabinet style and colour, different types of flooring, wall colour and different types of tile for the back splash to create their individual look.
