Mahogany opens two new show home parades
Two new show home parades with a total of 11 new show homes just opened in Hopewell Residential Communities’ wildly popular Mahogany community in the southeast. The opening weekend on April 9 saw huge crowds check out the stunning Reserve Collection lakeside estate show homes, as well as five laned show homes.
These new, highly-anticipated show home parades present some of the most ingenious lakeside home design by Mahogany’s award-winning builder group. The laned homes are built exclusively by Sabal Home, while the lakeside estate homes are from Baywest Homes, Calbridge Homes and Morrison Homes.
All Collections are competitively priced, with Lakeland Collection laned homes starting from the $330,000s and Reserve Collection lakeside estate homes starting from the $600,000s. The new parades add to Mahogany’s inaugural builder group of eight Lakeland Collection front garage homes that opened last fall (starting from the $420,000s) and Sabal Homes’ Boulevard Collection featuring mansion-style attached homes (from the $330,000s.)
