Augusta Fine Homes opens Stewart in Crestmont
Augusta Fine Homes unveiled the latest in its long line of jaw-dropping custom homes with The Stewart in the southwest community of Crestmont.
The 4,610-square-foot bungalow with triple-car garage stands out in this community of million-dollar-homes with its imaginative take on executive living. “The use of copper and stone throughout the home gives it a rare elegance,” says Augusta’s Wendee Bishop.
The $1.8-million mansion is on a walkout lot with a developed basement — a huge understatement once you see what this award-winning builder has come up with here — and its high ceilings (up to 10- and 12-feet high in places) gives it an august air.
“We’re really happy with the results and you can see jaws drop from visitors once they come inside and see the majestic fireplace and the soaring ceilings and the dramatic, sweeping staircase,” Bishop tells Around Town.
Augusta’s The Stewart is one of two show homes that recently opened at Qualico Communities’ successful Crestmont development in the northwest. Sitting beside it is an equally beautiful custom home from JayMack Homes.
Both show homes are open Monday to Thursday 2 to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sundays from 12 to 5 p.m. at 53 and 57 Crestridge View S.W.
