New Year brings new amenities in Redstone

Qualico Communities welcomes 2019 with new amenities and new prices in the northeast community of Redstone.


“Now is the time to buy in Calgary, but particularly in Redstone”, says Laura Field, Marketing Coordinator for Qualico Communities Calgary. “The opportunity is there to save tens of thousands — $10,000 off Front-Garage homes, and up to $15,000 off duplexes.”

There are two developer discounts available in Redstone. Buyers can see savings on both duplex and front-garage homes in Redstone. These discounts can be combined with builder incentives where applicable.

“This year is going to be really exciting for both new and existing residents,” says Field. “With the Redstone plaza opening up in spring 2019, residents are going to have what they need and what they want right in the community, and
for many residents, the plaza will be within walking distance.”

The plaza will feature a walk-in clinic, 4,000 square-foot grocer, pizza shop, liquor store, massage, physiotherapy, and pharmacy. There will be 45 parking stalls. Some tenants expect to be ready to open late February.

“There is going to be a new lot release in the first part of 2019, with of a group of really beautiful garden lots, as well as some lots backing on to greenspaces, and other lots right by the new park that is coming this spring,” says Field.

Redstone is located in northeast Calgary, commonly referred to as the New North. It is bordered by Metis Trail and Stoney Trail.
