The new north community of Livingston marks a milestone with the start of construction of the Livingston Home Owners Association centre.

“Livingston is a community that truly has it all, it was built to create togetherness and community bonds that will enhance quality of life for each resident,” says Brendan McCashin, Senior Development Manager at Brookfield Residential. “The HOA will help bring residents together and create
important connections that will give Livingston a unique feeling and experience.”

Exclusive to Livingston residents, the new HOA will be a 35,000-square-foot facility with a six-acre park anticipated to open in summer 2020. Features will include a splash park, day care, multi-use gathering spaces, and an outdoor amphitheatre for concerts and movies. The HOA will be the
centerpiece of the community and will invigorate community spirit.

“Our goal is to find the right mix of programs and events to bring neighbours together in ways that reflect the community’s wishes, assets and demographics,” says McCashin. “What the HOA offers will be a reflection of what the community residents want and need.”
